Our Process

We discover players through evaluation events and video analysis. Depending on the player’s age, player’s experience, and personal goals, we will assess and recommend the best opportunities for the player.

Once the player completes the evaluation successfully, the player is accepted into our mentorship program. During this phase, we will draft a plan to tackle any areas that need improvement to build a strong player profile.

Players who complete our mentorship program successfully are eligible to receive a representation contract. We will make the connections and open doors to opportunities suitable for the player. We will assist with player promotion, club trials, public relations, and career advice.
