ABOUT OUR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Our Pro Scout certification is a hands-on training approach to talent identification. Our mission is to provide our scouts with the knowledge and experience to evaluate talent accurately, but most importantly, we see our scouts as mentors and career advocates.

These are the topics we will cover during our scout certification:

  • How to attract talent.

    How to conduct an evaluation session.

    How to produce an evaluation report.

  • How to sign a player.

    How to improve the player’s abilities.

    How to provide adequate support and mentorship.

  • How to provide player management.

    How to promote players.

    How to set up trials and opportunities.

CERTIFICATION DETAILS:

FROM MAY 14 TO MAY 20, 2024 IN MUNICH, GERMANY.
